I moved to Beaufort after living in Virginia (Tidewater area) for over 30 years.
I am a 2001 graduate of Old Dominion University with a degree in Spanish and Criminal Justice.

I have been a licensed real estate agent since 1999.
I began my career at Rose and Womble Realty.  Another agent in my office and I partnered up to develop a revolutionary way of touring homes and were covered
on the front page of the Real Estate Weekly. 

I spent three years at Wainwright Real Estate, a small independent firm. 

When we received word that we were moving to Rota, Spain, I affiliated with Long and Foster Real Estate, Inc.  We were told that the Navy needed us in Beaufort so I opened Advanced Real Estate Company. 

I am one of only two Accredited Seller Representatives (ASR) in Beaufort.  I am also an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) and a Certified Internet Marketing Specialist (E-Pro).  I now specialize in working with military clients new to the area. I am a Navy Spouse and my husband is a Pediatrician at Naval Hospital Beaufort.  I have 2 sons, Zachary and Owen.   I am a strong negotiator who works hard to find great homes at a great value for my clients.
